Foreclosures: Year over year, Metro Orlando improves in February (Orlando Sentinel)
Foreclosure filings increased last month in Metro Orlando, which ranked 12th for foreclosure activity nationally. But the longer-term view appeared better for Central Florida than for other large housing markets in the state.
